First Week of My Journey

This journey began for several reasons. My blog is going to the journal of all my experiences as I work on getting off my daily medicines. If you know me you know I do not like taking pills daily. Also this is going to be a journey to lose weight as well. I have began walking each morning with a friend of mine. We walk around our complex for about 25 minutes. I have found it has made me feel so much better and have more energy during the day. I did zumba one night but realized I need to get in a little better shape before I do that every night and more coordinated. My main goal is to get off my blood pressure and thyroid medicine. I hope you enjoy the ride as we go on this journey together.
