New Walking Shoes......

I made a big plunge today. I walked all by myself. My earlier posts indicated my walking partner has gotten a new job so this will be my last week with her walking with me. She has something going on this morning. It felt so good to walk this morning. The choice of music was Josh Turner "Haywire" CD. I am pretty sure the neighbors thought I was crazy talking to myself. I had to really bundle up this morning so my ears were covered and you could not see the ipod. Oh I got me some new walking shoes yesterday and they worked pretty good. I have to learn to walk again though. It is weird walking in regular shoes after walking with the Skechers Shape Up shoes. Hope everyone has a great week....until we talk again.
